Easily, depends if your maging or ranging the Jungle Demon at the end. :]
A one eyed monkey could do it with 43 prayer.
Not really.. because the Jungle Demon would pwn you if you were fighting with melee.
Who said anything about fighting the demon with melee? You need 43 prayer for the long tunnel...You can use protect from mage on the demon.

Maging is a waste of time, even more so with only 66 mage, it has a high mage defence level. You're better off ranging with rune arrows.
