Righto... I'm a nooby noob and need to know where the best place for a Level 44 non-member is to get his combat up meh :P

Is traverlly dungeon members, if not you could train on the level 33 black nights down there or the level 28 hill giants

guards if ur a non member rock crabs if u r

Guards in varrock palace, or lv 28 hobgoblins

or rivergoblins

They don't exist
