Not that hard to get level 43 prayer, you just need some cash and buy big bones.

It is if you add all the bones up,

nice 1 and wizz its eazi to get 43 pray

You only need 994 bones to get to level 20 and 2184 big bones to get from 20 to 40, so yes it is easy.
