No, its not harsh, as the furni is never your to sell, its on loan to you by Sulake :)
That will be breaking a lot of UK rules, if Sulake took furniture from you.. (as it's on loan)Quote:

u shuld read the terms and conditions it says sulake always own the furni , so if u sell sumfin that is not urs then ye i guess

Well, Habbo lose out, because people pay ridiculous amounts of money for furni, and it could also be there to prevent scamming?
