Ok its nothing rude so don't wory.

Basically its a (male) who put their trouses down.. only at the back up 2 ur theigh (SP) and the front stays up.

Ahhhhhh to hard to explain ask 'nekkle' i guess he does it..
Its mostly black people (not racist) but other races do it to..
