They choose something and stick to it. It’s not sad. If they are permanently on Rune Scape then, yes they are sad. Otherwise there about as sad as you. I have heard a lot of rumours about zezima. Stuff like he’s 30 and still lives with his mum. If this is true. He is Sad. But having everything 99 is not sad. And to answer you'r question "Why?" its a thing called Boredom.

i would hate having 99 every thing, there would be nothing/hardly anything challenging about the game

Read the interview and you might just change your view on him..
