Lol looks pretty good. Maybe make him holding a cardboard sign and begging for money, but you don't have to. 9/10, well done.

Try making the dots on his chest placed like... isometrically thing.
The dots just go straight down when his body is at a different angle.
Try changing that but it's good.

Its pretty good, but it doesnt look like your typical tramp.
Ok, to make better, I suggest changing his hair colour, I mean honestly, who has green hair?
Maybe giving him a long trench coat and long baggy ripped trousers, that is your typical trampish clothing.
Also maybe a dog by his side, and a sign and maybe a hat or a tin for his begging money, that would be sweet.
