I should imagine that's due to habbo not loading properly, if you refresh it should work. :)

Nope didnt work at the time dunno by now everone in the hotel had it.

That happens every so often, everyone goes the the default look
I just reload Habbo and its usually ok :D

Maybe The servers running habbo are playing up
