what program you use to make them kind of sigs?

he put SAMPLE IN opacity like 20% but yea nix they could if they wanted

That actually looks better with sample, hardly noticable. Maybe make it white and lower the opacity again, then you'll see that it says sample. That's easy to get rid of sample as it isn't very pixelated.
