itunes?
I bought an iPod video last week and have just put itunes on my PC
I'm totally and utterly stuck and confused with it all..
If someone could tell me how to do.. well everything and putting it onto the iPod they would be very helpful. :)
I need some help with how to put videos on too :(
-
I'm not sure how to put videos on it, cause I just have the regular one, but when I put music on mine I just drag over cds from my music folder, thats the easiest way I know how to do it.
-
click and drag the song in your library to the ipod slot, and same with videos i think.
-
Yeah if you have limewire, just click them and drag it with itunes open, and then restart your computer with the ipod in the slot on the computer, then the songs and videos should be transferred.
-
Itunes is really easy to use, apple.com will have a guide, but i have no idea how to put video's on since i only have a nano, sorry.
-
I know this is a really stupid question, But wheres the place I have to drag them too?
I told you I know nothing about itunes:rolleyes:
-
the nav bar thing where it says "videos, Library" ect, ""'s Ipod or whatever should be there, drag it to it.
-
I take it that will only be there when my iPod's connected?
-
Click Start, then open My Documents.
Go into wherever you download you're music. If you use Limewire, open it and click Tools and then Options.
See the address in the URL box? Highlisht and copy it.)
Now go back to your documents folders. Delete what's in the URL bar and paste the address you copied from Limewire. A list should be seen with all your downloaded music.
Now open iTunes. Make the window with all your song in it smaller, so you can see a bit of the iTunes window. Now drag your music into the iTunes window.
Connect your iPod into a USB port and wait for the (name)'s iPod section to appear on iTunes. Right click the song in iTunes and click 'Show In Playlist', then (name)'s iPod.
(sorry it's a bit all over the place ^^ :D)

Make sure you convert the video into .mp4
you can download .mp4 videos from google video.
If you have a converter, even better!
