I get it all the time anyway :p If I give an infraction, you can almost certainly expect a reply ;)

Thats not as bad as mines, every day I either get a msg asking if I buy reputation, if im selling a vB, if i got my name because of peter crouch, if i'm crouch on habbo -.-

I do sometimes. (Assistant) Department Managers, (Assistant) Site Managers, Super Moderators and Admins can see invisible people.

I don't, but I can see anyone who goes invisible :']
