How come ... Were more released?

More were given out as competition prizes and such as well as a rumour about it being released at the end of the mei ling quest i think :s

They were worth so much when that nice kid Evolution owned them all....

They decreased as did everything else as Lost_Witness is unaware of the rare economy and what giving so much crap out does.
