Well?
Okay now, I'm only having one meal a day, Not because i'm starving myself, Just because I find myself not being able to eat, (I dont have breakfast or dinner) And my friends say it will end up in my being anorexic?
I can't see it really as I would eat if I wanted to and its mainly because i'm not hungry, I've been keeping an eye on my weight and its not been changing..
So is what they're saying a lot of rubbish?
I think i'm fine doing what i'm doing..

You have to excersise and eat less? Weight doesnt go away by just starving yourself, I have a meal a day, but it doesnt really bother me?

Funny thing is, im underweight, but im fat?
how does that work lmao?

Yeah but your doing your body no good because basically although you can't eat you still need to eat even for basic things like sleeping when you use alot of energy it's quite amazing really. By not eating much at the moment your body will consume 'stored fats' like inside your body that is saved for when you don't eat and you will slowly start losing weight because most female's bodys are mainly made of fat not muscle because they don't do as much sport[Not meaning to say your fat or be sexist but it's true]So my advice is to try and eat more even if you can't,slowly work back upto 3meals aday like something for breakfast such as Weetabix or some high energy cereal like porridge:P And then have a good meal for dinner/tea.

I never have enough time for breakfast though, and I just don't like eating dinner

I tend to eat about twice a week... usually dinner....
and sleep about... once or twice a week thanks to some random pills I have to take now....
Anyway, I'm classed as "dead" by my friends. Lol. much fun.
So, i say i know how you feal - and if your not hungry - don't eat - I've noticed girls find it more attractive anyway lol. ;]

Thats pretty much what i'm doing, As long as I don't drop drastically underweight i'm sure i'll be okay..

if it's what you wanna do then that's cool.
don't let people lecture you on it :)

Entirely your decision on how much you eat, if it starts affecting you (like become more tired for example) then I'd suggest trying to eat a little bit more. :)
