None of you help me. Only 1 person (Anti-Frizz) was the person who helped me eventually. Oh, and why isn't that person there when you need him, aka, why isn't :James there?
If you need a specific person for a specific reason it's your job to find them, not all the staff will be in the help desk all the time, and you cannot criticise them for this. It is reasonable to say that sometimes the staff will be distracted and won't immediately come to the rescue, but this is a voluntary service and they have to have a much fun as anyone else.
Our staff try our best, we can't please everybody and help everybody. If none of us help you then how come Anti-Frizz came to you. She may of been helping someone else at the time, or busy with other things between members of staff etc. If you don't like the help desk, then don't come to it. But i can assure you we do try our best, and have lots of staff willing to help daily and I know that because i'm in there everyday.
Incase if you dont realise that if a staff member is not sitting AT the desk they are most likely away from their computer and our staff can be VERY VERY busy. Some of our super staff may not be there to help as they are busy doing something else and would be just moderating the room to keep it safe. We are sorry if we cannot help you due to us being busy but we do not have a strict timetable on when each staff member is in the room.

staff try their best to be there to help people as often as possible. there are other ppl in the help desk other than you who neef help.
it is VERY hard work to keep on top of things especially wen theres 100 things happening at once
we are help desk workers not miracle workers
Why not try speaking to someone in a senior position if you have a comment about a certain staff member, we seem to have this problem a lot and nobody takes the initiative.
I could help faster than you though.
Each member of staff cannot possibily know everything, that's why we have a tech team etc. What was your question, and we will try our best to helpQuote:
