it's been very sloppy ever since simon left tbh, i think it's easier for the owner to be the manager.
Connor wasn't too bad. Nvrspk just had problems with being US... and all his managers jobs.
Hopefully I'll last a bit longer :)
oh no, don't get me wrong. connor was more than capable than running hxhd and did a great job, it's just everything has been done sloppy.
in an ideal situation the manager would be the owner.. &tbh if you've got shows dept. [which needs a hell of a lot of work, and i'm glad to hear you are doing well.] i don't see why you get hxhd aswell, when it's quite obv. that it needs a lot of work too.
Comparing the amount of time I spend on Habbox and the work needed doing in the Shows Department... the shows department doesn't need a 'hell of a lot of work'. It's quite an easy job tbh. But then that could be because I have staff who just get on with it without bothering me?
I have requested an Assistant Shows Manager, to keep the Shows Department up to the standards it is.
I am going to put a lot of effort into HxHD. The reason I was chosen is because of the effort I have put into the Shows Department... Freak thought if I could put it into HxHD it could work.
It is a hell of a lot of work for me but i'm willing to take that on.
Your hxhd asst. Manager?
I'm sure 8f8 said you couldn't manage 2 departments at the same time. :$

ANNNND.... Adzeh manages two departments... nvrspk has about 5 Management Jobs... i'm sure there are many more :)
