It's the 'Sugar' update

The magazine SUGAR is advertising in the hotel and they're updating habbo to suit for this.

Some girls magazine... there's gonna be a quest and events and stuff for a few months to come...

Im not sure. I will enter the quest, but the Sugar magazine subscription. you have to think of it this way, it isn't jsut boys that use Habbo Hotel.
