A very rude member of staff

He seems to be being very rude to his staff members and its meant to be a helpdesk of all places :s
The workers work in the helpdesk out of their spare time and look how he treats them :(
What do you think about this?

Well from the screenshot, I'd say you'd only just come in. You also cannot see what Kookeh said. Knowing Hecktix, it was very likely that he was simply having a laugh, and was making a joking comment. Best bet is to ask Kookeh if they were having a laugh or whether it was serious. :)

Maybe PM Hecktix and ask? It can't hurt to do so ;)

Hey, if you have a problem with a member of staff, I suggest you PM their manager. Since this person is a manager, PM their manager (obviously that would be 8freak8 ;)).

I expect better from staff members as they should be showing us an example. Also, working at a helpdesk, he is suppose to be giving positive feedback or using the ignore button if needed. LMAO
