All of the images (even modified ones) based on habbo pictures are still owned by Habbo or Sulake LTD. Look on the 'make a fansite' section of the website and its in section 5!
I remember that picture, maybe the person stole it though?

Erm, This picture is of the playstation game, and if you look at the caraters its just like the one in the picture.
Its Copyrighted to Habbo anyway :\
