Any tips at all on how to improve?

I am in the middle of collecting HC's for petals where the steps are and where the other mat is.

Yes ok thats one improvement i would suggest.
Next one is try get all the seats to be the same, whether its all maj's or all t sofas.
Thrones in booths are good but not seen, maybe just pillows in booths and put thrones elsewhere?

Try redoing the V.I.P section because gates dont look good when you are making stairs up to something. Try redoing it all and putting an IMP in that area to link from another room, part from that 8/10 V/N
