In taverly in a building right by the witches house theres a cheat you use i ton
go to the place with all the druids, herblore and all.. Taverly, go to the long room there more to the north there's a chest in there, use the key on that for a dragonstone and randomo loot'
Chest is next to stairs on the east side of the building.

theres a place in taverly , you have to open up a chest in one of the houses , im not going to tell you whats in it though :)
dragon stone i think is the main thing.
