OMG LERT ON US

yes i just got a lert on the US hotel it is unrealesed furni and that makes it a rare i dont how many there are but heres a screenie of it

Hmm it came out ages ago im sure it did not alot of ppl want them tho, to be honest i wouldnt even trade a nelly for it.

its wont be released for atleast 3 months probally a year and also lerts are good for games
