As I expected, it is too much of a stretch for most.
Keep in mind, however, it is a rare that, in 10 years or so will be equal to a
party hat.
In the past 2 years, it has gone up 10m.

Since then it has gone up APPROX. 10m. When dealing with these sums, I hardly think 600k is of much significance..
