Good call saying to get official, I bought a core and have gone through 2 3rd party ones that have both broke. I'm after an official one now but no shops have them.

if you're still under warranty, MS will replace it. Did with me and a mate.

Well it's served me well for over a year now... :S And unfortunately Azul its' out of warranty by a few months.

I'm thinking I might buy one from a shop then take my old one back and say it's faulty xD Worth a try.

You're lucky then, I've had 4 head sets in under a year.

how do you get through so many? just carelessness, or does the microphone die or what?
