Well it's ment to look like she's swimming up so her hair is flowing behind her.

Good gosh, great work, personally like the hair, a tip, work on the shading of the costume, blend it in like tetris. Apart from that, 9/10.

I quite like the hair :p

But I think you should use some darker shade round the top of her tail because there's a sharp line where the edge of it ends.. if that makes sense :s
