sums it all up again..
go to the fishing trawler pier in port khazard, do the panic emote with nothing equipped.

Go to Port Khzard and find the firshing trawler boat then unequip all your items and use the Panic emote.
Bring a weapon, some armour and food. A double agent will attack you, once he is dead repeat the first step again. ;)

arghh cheers :P my first clue as you can tell lol anyone know what lvl he is?

I remember my first clue, I got 31 cooked salmon & 50 law runes... Level 2 clue.

He only attacks you if it's a level 3 clue, seems like a level 1 to me.
what did you get it off ?
