Metal looking layout on a news site just doesn't go :S

There's nothing wrong with the layout - I've seen much worse... theirs is just a typical CMS layout....?

Its amazing the site gets any hits since its unbeliviably hard to find any realy content on the site.. :S awful layout too.

None of the pages even work for me. I click a link and it just keeps reloading really fast.
