For some strange reason, many people (including myself) are unable to trade at the moment because, simply, they cannot tick the 'I Agree' button. Also, many people's furni will not load at all. I informed a Moderator about these problems, and here was the reply:

The Sulake bar also takes around 4 mins to load :rolleyes:
