Habbo Hotel will be visited by an enviromental control officer from the governmental body on pixel emissions on Tuesday 22nd May 2007 at 4:30pm.

Upon hearing this news, Lost_Witness and HelKat have gone head to head and formed two teams.

One team supports the inspection. One team opposes the inspection.

These campaign events end up picking popular habbos, giving them stuff and badges and include very few other people. Christmas 2005 springs to mind, as does the RAF one

Looks like the rares released will be Gold smoke and Aqua fan(YAY). Maybe the moon patch aswell?
