OMG Noob Pls...

Well my internet browser was down so i was unable too look for clue scroll hints...

i was searching obsevatory for 2 hours trying to get behind as this was my clue

I knew that was wizards tower, you can tell by the wall inside the outer lines.

I would've said that's Wizard's Tower as soon as I saw it, the Observatory doesn't have it's own little island.
