This hotel has always been behind to my knowlage, no idea why.

It's not far behind? Habbo CN was one of the first to have its version! They just haven't bothered updating it. Is it a popular hotel?

Strange, I would say because not many people use .cn, so they decide to have a forum, to draw new users.
