Well if I knew that I had a soul and it was possible to sell it, I'm sure I wouldn't, as the knowledge that I have one would make me want to keep it pure enough for an eternal reward when I die.

It depends in the way you mean, if I said to a friend I'll give you my soul for a £1 it wouldn't really mean anything, but if I had an 'encounter' with the devil or whatnot, then maybe not.
