This guy only had 96 range, and said he hit a 40 or something, so right now the bow can average a 40 40 spec.. that's hitting an 80 in 1 hit!?

I'm not sure of the save value. I beleive whip fury and those will still protect over it...
My friend just pmed me saying he hit a 42 41 but mist screenie. With 99 you'l probaly be able to 1 hit.. :S

Woah, is the spec like msb? It doesn't say it hits twice on the special attacks thing on runescape. :S
