Hmmm that could mean many things, maybe she's going up to Player Support like Lost_witness did from Moderator? Just a thought, she'd be doing casual shifts if so. ;)

Mods are quit frankly lazy now

Back in the old days with hobbas, they were interactive, would talk to you, help you, now they just say:

This is not an emergency
Use ignore

Used to they would kick a blocker, ETC. Now they dont care.
