You need to buy the internet browser from the Wii shop - The browser costs 500 points. it gives you information on what it can play, E.g html, php xhtml ect ect.
(h) i got myine for free coz i downloaded it before june 1st.

LOL It DOES have flash.
It does NOT have shockwave.
It comes with flash, that's why you can view Youtube videos on there.
