I know this is a teens forum and stuff but anyway..
If you want extra performance then try eating some of these for a day or two and see if it makes a difference for you;
Strawberries
hazel nuts
raw almonds
cheese
eggs
honey
carrots
I bet you any money that if you eat those for 2 days, (not continuously ofcourse lol) it will make a difference.. :rolleyes:
