Me and a friend want to start a site!

Me and a friend want to start a habbo fansite dedicated to graphics!

We want a basic usersystem, were users can upload their graphics, and other people can rate, and we want a system were the best rated will go onto a different page!
That and basic coding to set-up the fansite!

We cant really give you anything except a bit of habbo furni and a job. We are basicly relying on freebies and tutorials!
