kkk i have a rly big appetite at the moment.
like, no matter what i eat, i still fancy something else afterwards.
anyone know anything i can eat/drink/do (if it's food, something not full of calories or crap like that either) to make me less hungry all the time.

Try those pills that are meant to stop you snacking during the day.

i would say porridge, oats, weetabix and stuff like that. when im like how you are explaining, i just eat one of the above cause it fills me up. and they are quite healthy anyway so you wouldnt really put on any weight by eating loads.

try something that fills you up.
maybe pasta with something else ? that always fills me up.

eat foods with more protein and fibre in, also drink a full glass of water before you eat lunch/dinner

Drink: Water (you can have as much of it as you want)
Milk (if you drink a large amount drink semi-skimmed or skimmed)
Food: 3 Meals a day (eat slowly it fills you up more)
Snacking - Fruits, apples helped for me ;)
If you still feel hungry try starving yourself because your stomach is too big, if you starve yourself your stomach becomes smaller.. but i wouldnt advice it unless the other stuff doesn't work.. and also starve yourself for no more than 24 hours

smoked kipper n a slice of bread, it fills u up like mad!

Maybe eat more carbohydrates like potatoes, pasta etc, they fill you up more ;]

i personally wouldn't suggest drinking more, it'll just keep clearing your system out and making you need to go for a pee a lot.
foods such as pasta (like a pasta bake, or tuna & pasta) fill you up extremely well. because of it's slow energy give off it'll give you more energy throughout the day.
