I doubt it would, i mean all it does it tone you up ?
If it does, that'd explain a few things for my height.
I'm now 6 ft 4.. and my parents are both 5 ft 9ish.
And I've lifted weights (not constantly or regularly) since I was about 12.
So that'd explain a lot for me if it's true. :P
i thought it made u smaller? guess it depends on wot kinds of weights..
If you went on a weightlifting diet, eg Chicken and rice, of course you would because of high protein.

Nah Weight Lifting probably does affect your height (shorter) since it probably helps puts pressure on your body, over time I'd imagine that'd have a major impact on your body.

It might affect it slightly, but I imagine it will just make you look bigger/smalled because you will be more bulky etc.
