I think Farming and Slayer and Prayer and Rcing Are the best...
Slayer hands down.
Hmm I wasn't too sure on slayer, I know it's hard, but you have the added distraction of training combat skills whilst you do it. Which you don't have with some of the others.
Prayer and Construction and Slayer.
Mining isn't really respected, it's just a sign people played ALOT. lol.

Slayer, mining or runecrafting. I don't know how you can see Prayer, it's basically same as fletching if you have the money rofl. Same with cconstruction.
slayer, rc, mining, smithing, agilty, thieving. imo.
Yeah, I don't know if i'd put theiving up there, I think pyramid plunder made it reasonably fast to train.
Slayer for sure, no doubt =) followed by Rc
