I'm 17 in like a year, and I hope to god it really doesn't.. I don't care about drinking age I just want to drive so badly.

Nothing has even been confirmed and everyone is going on about this whole 1992 crap, it's all ** atm.

basicallyyy, there has been talk about it, however, no bill has been put into parliament. and bills usually take a year to pass through the government, so by them, you'll be 17 and driving :)

its not changed yet, and i am 17 next year aswell, and its for people after 1993 that will have to worry at this moment
