I find name cheap are good on there .co.uk Domains?

Nope,

1and1 .co.uk £2.49 yearly.

if u dont by hosting with them you cant use anyone elses hosting.

how did u change the hostin to w.e hosting u was doing.

Well they may not be the cheapest but 123reg are certainly the best in my eyes.
