70+ you either make yew longs or mage longs and sell them off for more than what you got the materials for or you high alch them yourself and get some mage xp aswell ;).
most ppl make yew longz
or u cud make dragon tipped rune bolts

Then just fletch them into longs and sell at an increased price. Or use high alch and get mage exp aswell.
