I learnt that police community support officers can only give you a citizens arrest or detain you until a police officer is called to the scene.

A bunch of new Spanish words, also some Chinese words.

they can't even do that.
especially when they're 16.
it's not that they're not permitted to do so, they just can't. remember, they only solve 1 crime every 6 years.

Nope i can be nice when i want to. I can learn not to be rude to people if i try.
