Ending gradient on the orange sucks.
Get a better font.

Colours are ugly and very plain :) also the font looks crap

Add some images.. Too plain :)

For watermark use photoshop and lower the optacy to 8 maybe 10% on the font

Makes you be able to see the template better

Nice one, for your first layout
Not so keen on orange though
