use what you used that time really, aslong as u had some spares at the end you should be fine, prayer switching is the most difficult part of the caves so if you got to jad on first try as long as you had enough supplies for few minutes or less youll be fine.

The hardest part of the caves as its been said, is knowing when to change prayers when you get to Jad.
The mage attack - Jad will stand up on his back legs and shoot a ball of...something at you, make sure you have protect from mage on
The range attack - looks similar, but he will stand up then pound his front legs on the floor, use protect from range (missiles) for this attack.
it helps to have sound on, because it will help you to hear what attack he is using
