i just got their album that just came out, and it's bangin'. they're so fun and happy, i really like their sound. it's like a mix of broken social scene and the unicorns. i'd really recommend it. that makes two very solid debut albums for me this year.
Ive heard of this band, I listened to one of their songs and it was pretty odd but at the same time, pretty good! Can't remember the name of the song, but it was pretty good.
twas probably either "we throw parties, you throw knives" or "death to los campesinos!" they performed the latter on one of your u.k. late night tv shows last week.
i think they really deserve a lot more attention.
Hmm might've been death to los campesinos. It was sort of a futuristic vid, so I'm not too sure...
they toured with anyone well known? i've never heard of them :(!
was it a cartoon? if it was, it was probably either "we throw parties, you throw knives" or "you! me! dancing!" i believe "death to los campesinos!" is their only live action one.Quote:
