Firstly, probably Arial or Verdana.
Secondly, staples always work ;)
To keep it together, use one of those weird plastic binder things? Or, put it in a folder.

Dont most book companies like glue all the pages together at the very edges?
Verdana/Tahoma. If you want it looking fancy then use Georgia. :)
