How can i improve Helping-ICT.com?

I Feel like im having a breakdown and everything i do is wrong so im turning to you guys for help!

Firstly you may want to have a website atall so it doesn't say cannot display page and then I won't be able to help until I see what there is to improve!

I Keep contacting my host, apthost.com but they can get onto my site fine.. there in the usa. hmm

well thats the first thing you should do after uploading your site to another server so we can see it is get a new host. That should help a fair bit.

Make it less colorful :P Maybe greys and blacks would look nice :)

Make the banner much shaller. My laptops widescreen and still dosn't fit ;p

Get a manager to help? You will get stressed doing it alone
