It has been going down for a while now. I know they definetly do not go for 1.0/0.9/0.8 unless someone really is in need of one, which is rare. I wouldn't buy one.
I managed to buy eight for only 0.5CS each (4CS for all eight) in December last year, and I have seen people struggle to sell them which could be a reason it hasn't dropped yet, due to no trades actually being found because they hardly ever are traded. They should have gone down a long time ago.

I think it'll stay the same, its always going to be one of those "1.0-0.5" rares, They may go up in certain parts of the year (Firework night) but nothing more.
