He says he cannot make habbo rooms and he gets an error, anyone got any advice for him?

So, the little kid is 18, or the person that got hacked? and i can only think of reinstalling shockwave or he could try a different browser.
I have had some problems in the past like this.
Try uninstalling Shockwave and installing the full version from this link.

It might work.
Make sure the keylogger is off first, then uninstall shockwave.
Re-install shockwave, I bet its you. Its obvious when people talk about this like "a freind".
